Shipping Policy

Shipping is subject to availability of items ordered.  Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS Ground. Call 1-888-881-9957 for other shipping methods. If a product is out-of-stock the order will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.

***Items stated "Free Shipping in 48 States" includes only continental U.S. States. Additional shipping may apply to Hawaii, Alaska and designated U.S. Territories.

Three day select may not be available in all States.

International orders have a service fee of $7.00 plus U.S. postal rates. If UPS is used for International orders, additional shipping may apply on the consumer end.

Returns Policy

Items in new condition may be returned to Kitchen Kneads for refund or exchange for a period of 30 days after purchase. Refunds are less shipping costs and are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $10, restocking fees do not apply on exchanges. This fee is to cover our credit card processing fees and labor. All returns must be given a return authorization code from Kitchen Kneads, you may obtain this code by calling 1-888-881-9957. Additional informaiton below.

• Food Items and Replacement Parts: 
  All sales of food items are final and will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns on replacement parts are subject to manufacturer's warranty and will be exchanged or refunded only in new condition. Used parts are not warranteed or exchanged. All parts are responsibilty of purchaser and cannot hold Kitchen Kneads liable for any reason of ruin, injury or neglect if consumer installs themself.

• Defective Equipment: 
  We will refund or replace defective equipment for up to 30 days. After that time period the Manufacturers warranty will apply.

Additional Information

Items with Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. These orders will have additional shipping costs that can be found by emailing us at alan@kitchenkneads.com or by calling the 800 number listed in the contact section.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses are handled through the Postal Service with an additional service fee of $7.00 USD plus all applicable charges given by USPS.

Cancellation of an Order- For proper cancellation of an order, you must call us at (888) 881-9957 during business hours or email us at sales@kitchenkneads.com . Refusing shipment of an order, you will incur expenses and delay refund or credit. In the event that shipment is refused, we charge a 15% restocking fee.

Credit Card Charges are not made until the order is shipped.

Credit Card Refunds are only processed and issued to the original credit card and original purchaser that was submitted for payment.

International Orders, U.S.Territories, and Military addresses are not eligible for refund or credit.

Returns on Used items are not permissible under any circumstances unless defective. If the item is defective, it will fall under the manufacture’s warranty. If any return has been shown to be used upon inspection by Kitchen Kneads, the item will be returned to you as is with no refund or credit of any amount of the invoice. Any additional costs incurred will be forwarded to purchaser for returning used item.

Pricing, Products, and pictures are provided to you as a service. Although Kitchen Kneads strives to provide the most current pricing, products, and pictures, unintentional errors may occur. Kitchen Kneads reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, and may change or update any information available on this site. This includes after, before, or during an order has been submitted. Kitchen Kneads reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in the event of any discrepancies.

Defective Items have a warranty provided between you the purchaser and the manufacturer. We make no express or implied warranties. Kitchen Kneads at its sole discretion may assist in some exchanges or warranty repairs if approved by manufacturer. However, the manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects within the manufacturer’s warranty period. For further information, review the manufactures warranty. If you receive defective equipment directly from us, we will replace your unit for no additional charge within the first week of receiving your purchase. Refunds are not permissible on defective product. After said time, you the purchaser are responsible for contacting and returning to the manufacturer for warranty items and the purchaser assumes the entire cost that the manufacturer requires regardless. This includes shipping to and from manufacturer, cost of repair, or replacement, if required. If the item is missing a part, we suggest that you contact manufacturer. However, under certain terms, Kitchen Kneads may be able to help.
