Return and Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We guarantee the quality of the products we sell in our store and on our website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just bring it back within 30 days. We’ll issue a full refund in the form of the original payment so long as you provide proof of purchase (a receipt or gift receipt) and it is returned in its original packaging and unopened. Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Kitchen Kneads Gift Card.

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

How can I return merchandise?

There are two ways you can return merchandise to us.

  1. Take it to our store. Please bring your invoice or receipt.
  2. Return it to us by mail. If you choose to mail your return, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-888-881-9957. Then repack original unopened package for shipping, and enclose your needed materials and proof of purchase (copies only). If you do not have your invoice we will be unable to process your return. Please note: The Shipping is NOT paid for. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method.

How long does it take for a refund?

After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days. A refund by check will take up to 14 business days. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
