A warm fire warming your home from the fireplace? I do too. For me at least, there is a way if you don’t live in an area of the country that can provide you with that winter wonderland, that you can make this Holiday Roast Beef to fill your bellies and hearts with savory cheer.

This rib roast recipe incorporates a quick and easy compound butter with parsley, marjoram, and peppercorns that melt over the tender roast beef.
